The manufacturing process of socks is
divided into knitting, sewing toe, boarding, inspection and pairing, packing. More
details as below for better understanding the full manufacturing process.
1、 Knitting
Choose your socks material, combed cotton, cotton,
polyester, bamboo and wool, jacquard with nylon, the most available material
are cotton yarn with nylon jacquard. The content is 70% cotton, 28% nylon and
2% spandex.
The following picture is the yarn colors, choose the pantone
colors we will match your need.
The following picture is the sock machine.
After knitted, the toe is not sewed, so the
next step is to sew the toe of the socks.
2、Sewing
Toe
The sewing can be done with 2 ways, one is machine linked toe,
another one is hand linked toe. More details of the difference of machine

3、Boarding
Socks are boarding by the high temperature steamer,
baording the shape is generally takes about 10 minutes.

4、Pairing and Inspection
Inspect each sock, all dirty,
defective socks will be sorted out before pairing.
After boarding, some socks will have 0.5-1 cm difference tolerance. So
workers need to paring them each pair with same length.
5、Packing
Socks packaging are tag, label, box with polybags and clips. 1
pair/polybag, 12 pairs/big polybag.
